- Customer Portal
- If you’re an existing customer, you can register to our portal where you can track the status of your device(s) when it is in for repair or servicing
- You can review past and current work orders related to your device(s)
- You can view and print process receipts and invoices
- You can message us directly through the portal for quick inquiries
- Remote Support
- This is something we’ve had for quite sometime but you can download a light weight ‘single click’ remote support file from the support menu!
- If your computer is still functional and has internet access we can help you remotely
- Repair Status
- When your device is checked in with us, you’ll receive a claim ticket where you can scan a QR code to immediately check the status
